What are ZARA store projects and how are they implemented?

ZARA store projects are store implementation processes that combine architectural, electrical, and mechanical disciplines in accordance with international brand standards, focusing on detail and time management. With our experience in site management and implementation consultancy gained since 2007, we manage projects flawlessly on-site with 3D modeling and detailed solutions.

Store projects, especially for international fashion brands, are more than just a construction process; they are a direct reflection of brand identity, corporate discipline, and attention to detail on the ground. This approach is central to my long-standing experience in ZARA store projects, which form the foundation of my career.

My professional journey, which began in 2007 as a site manager at ZARA stores, took on a new dimension in 2016 when I founded my own architecture and project consultancy firm. The nearly 17 years of experience I gained at ZARA during this period provided me not only with practical knowledge but also with an understanding of the project management philosophy, quality standards, and uncompromising discipline of global brands.

Transferring Corporate Discipline to Local Implementation Teams

One of the biggest challenges in international store projects is ensuring that global brand standards are correctly understood and fully implemented by local implementing companies . Our differentiating approach is not just to provide drawings, but to explain the details on-site in a way that leaves no room for error.

To this end;

  • D-modeling-supported drywall and architectural detail drawings were prepared.

  • Detailed technical drawings were created to enable the implementing teams to correctly interpret the project.

  • During the construction process, the implementations were monitored on-site by our two-person project control team.

This method has enabled local firms to implement international standards flawlessly and quickly .

Integrated Approach in Electrical and Mechanical Projects

In retail projects, it is critical that electrical and mechanical systems, as well as architectural design, comply with brand standards. In the work we carry out in this regard;

  • The electrical and mechanical projects were drawn up in detail by our team.

  • Solutions were created that were fully compatible with the architectural design and did not require any revisions on site.

  • Interdisciplinary coordination was ensured throughout the implementation process.

This integrated approach made it possible for store opening schedules to proceed without interruption.

ZARA and Massimo Dutti Store Consultancy in Georgia

In 2024, we provided construction and implementation consultancy services for the ZARA and Massimo Dutti store projects in Georgia. In these franchising projects, we managed the process of accurately translating global brand standards into local site conditions.

At this level;

  • He is proficient in both architectural and technical disciplines.

  • Having international brand experience,

  • Able to combine construction site practice with design.

The fact that the number of participating companies was quite limited made these projects a significant advantage and a strong reference for us.

Conclusion

This journey, which began with ZARA and continued with Massimo Dutti projects, once again demonstrates how crucial experience, attention to detail, and corporate discipline are in store design and implementation processes.

Today, we are involved in store projects for international brands;

  • Project control,

  • Implementation consultancy,

  • Detailed analysis and field coordination.

We use the expertise we have gained in these fields to add value to new projects.
